Loranne Carowan – Art Teacher

My family and I have lived in Dorchester County for seventeen years. My husband and I are originally from North Carolina and have lived in five different states due to the nature of his work. We have three children Aubrey, Bonnie and Carrie and one grandchild Kevin. I received my degree in Early Childhood education from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in Pembroke, N.C. This is my fourth year teaching PreK at South Dorchester School. I previously taught second grade in North Carolina and worked for a number of years in the Garden Center at the Cambridge WalMart.
